Community Relations
At Stillwater Hospice, our Community Relations Representatives help connect patients, families, healthcare professionals and community partners with hospice and palliative care education, resources and support.
They build trusted relationships throughout the communities we serve while helping people better understand what hospice and palliative care are, when they may be appropriate and how our interdisciplinary teams can help.
By increasing awareness and answering questions before a crisis occurs, we hope more families feel informed, supported and confident when making important care decisions.
Community Outreach in Action
Our Community Relations Representatives are relationship builders, educators and local resources who connect Stillwater Hospice with the communities we serve. Their work includes:

Hosting educational presentations, workshops, health fairs and community events
Supporting grief, caregiver and community education
Coordinating partnerships, sponsorships and community initiatives
Connecting referral partners with Stillwater services and supporting smooth transitions into care
Representing Stillwater at local and regional events, resource fairs and community programs
