Supporting Patients Beyond Care

Stillwater Hospice is proud to work alongside The Grace Fund Foundation, an independent nonprofit created to support hospice patients and their families when financial burdens become overwhelming.

While Stillwater provides compassionate end-of-life care, The Grace Fund Foundation helps cover essential expenses not included in traditional services—allowing families to focus on comfort, connection, and dignity.

Founded in 2021 and inspired by the experience of Grace Kane and her family, the Foundation was created to fill the gaps they witnessed firsthand. Today, it continues to provide meaningful support and hope, with 100% of donations going directly to hospice patients and their families.

Make Every Moment Count

Stillwater Hospice is a privately owned hospice serving patients and families across Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming who are facing life-limiting illness. With ten agencies throughout Montana, along with locations in Rapid City, South Dakota, and Powell, Wyoming, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care close to home.

In addition to hospice services, we offer palliative care in Butte, Helena, Kalispell, and Missoula, Montana—providing an added layer of support focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life at any stage of serious illness.

We honor the deeply personal and sacred process of end-of-life care by offering guidance, comfort, and support—meeting patients and their families where they are, when they need it most. Our mission is simple: to make every moment count.

Through this care, individuals and their loved ones are supported in experiencing a dignified passing—one centered in comfort, peace, and respect.

Your support helps us continue and expand this work. It allows us to strengthen our services, enhance bereavement support, and provide meaningful education to patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Together, we are helping reshape how hospice care is experienced and understood across our communities.

Please note: Stillwater Hospice is privately owned and does not hold a 501(c)(3) designation. Donations are not tax-deductible.
